Just like rice, you also use one part of quinoa with two parts of water and boil it. Quinoa can replace other carbohydrates source in your daily meal as the main dish, and it can be served hot, cold, or at room temperature. You can eat it with your regular meal recipes such as poultry, fish, and other protein source. Combined with fruits and vegetables, quinoa for diabetics is an extremely healthy alternative.
