Preheat the oven to 350°F. While waiting for the oven to heat, mix the melted butter into the mashed bananas in a large bowl. Mix in the Splenda, egg, espresso, and vanilla into the bowl and stir it well. Add the baking soda and salt into the bowl and mix it well. Lastly add the flour and walnuts, mix it well. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
